Account Management/Loan Processing

Qualifications:

  • Must be an “A” Player
  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree from a reputable 4-year college
  • Must have a good personal credit score
  • Must be available to work at the office either from 6 AM to 3 PM or from 7 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday
  • Must be organized, meticulous, and detail-oriented
  • Must be upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be a polished professional
  • Must be punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic
  • Must have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Must send a cover letter, resume, and LinkedIn profile to be eligible
  • Experience in sales support, account management, loan processing, or leadership is a plus

Responsibilities:

Sales Support

  • Prepare loan proposals and needs lists for the sales team
  • Coordinate with equipment vendors to obtain the necessary documentation
  • Follow up with customers and vendors to complete loan requirements
  • Conduct quality control calls post-transaction to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Update credit files and perform customer service calls

Account Management

  • Maintain relationships with existing customers and vendors
  • Update customer information in the database
  • Facilitate communication regarding upcoming finance projects
  • Manage credit files for new finance opportunities

Loan Processing

  • Create final loan documents and send agreements via DocuSign
  • Coordinate with customers to meet loan contingencies
  • Submit credit applications to banks for approvals

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
